Kickstart Research Compounds currently ships within the United States only.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received before 4:00 PM Arizona time may be eligible for same-day shipment. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed the next business day. Processing time begins only after an inquiry has been accepted and payment has been confirmed.

Estimated Delivery

Standard domestic delivery is generally estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after an order has been prepared for shipment. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours after label creation to begin displaying movement.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Kickstart Research Compounds is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Carrier Delays

Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact our support team promptly. Photographs of the shipping package and affected products may be requested so the issue can be reviewed.
