Purchaser Eligibility & Certifications

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. By accessing the restricted catalog or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate laboratory, business, educational, or other qualified research activity; that you have the knowledge, facilities, and authority necessary to handle the products safely; and that your intended acquisition, possession, and use comply with all applicable laws. We may request additional verification or decline an inquiry.

Product descriptions, specifications, testing information, and other materials provided on this website are intended solely to identify and describe products offered for research purposes. Nothing on this website is intended as medical, diagnostic, treatment, or veterinary advice.

Research Inquiries & Order Acceptance

The Research Session and inquiry form are request tools, not an online checkout. Submitting an inquiry, selecting a preferred payment method, or viewing a displayed total does not create an order, reserve inventory, or obligate either party. An order is accepted only after we separately confirm availability, final pricing, shipping, eligibility, and payment instructions. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an inquiry or order, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

Pricing & Payment

Displayed amounts are in U.S. dollars and are estimates until confirmed. Selecting Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle identifies only your preference; it does not initiate or authorize payment. Do not send payment until you receive and verify separate instructions from Kickstart Research Compounds. We will never ask you to mislabel a payment or conceal the nature of a transaction. Payment-provider terms and protections may vary by service.

Certificates of Analysis & Testing

A certificate of analysis or other analytical record applies only to the sample, lot, analytes, methods, and testing date identified in that document. Results may be produced by an independent laboratory and do not constitute FDA approval, medical advice, a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, or a representation about any use outside lawful laboratory research. A product marked “COA pending” does not have a posted certificate available at that time. Customers must review the applicable documentation and independently determine whether a product is suitable for their lawful research.

Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged shipments, and incorrect orders are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Website Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their account. Account information provided to Kickstart Research Compounds must be accurate and current.

Prohibited Use

Promotional Code Terms

Promotional codes may be subject to stated eligibility requirements, minimum inquiry amounts, expiration dates, usage limits, and product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be applied per inquiry. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively.

Applying a promotional code does not guarantee its acceptance or constitute approval, fulfillment, or acceptance of an inquiry. All codes, eligibility conditions, calculations, availability, and submitted information remain subject to verification and review. Expired, inactive, altered, unauthorized, or incorrectly applied codes will not be honored.

Amounts displayed are estimated inquiry totals only and remain subject to review and confirmation. Submission of an inquiry does not create a sale, contract, or obligation to supply any item. Any calculation or typographical error may be corrected before confirmation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you and Kickstart Research Compounds agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Severability & No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes become effective when posted to this website. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
